lets say in a contest i solved question A, i tried to solve B and got 2 WA, then that contest ends.
do the penalty of those 2 WA on problem B be ignored because I didn't got B ACCEPTED?

Yes, those 2 WAs on B won't count. But if you get 2 WAs on A with no other problems solved, you will be counted in the ranklist (i.e. those WAs will be ignored but not your participation)
